MSc programme

Msc programme covers a wide spectrum courses in Mathematical statistics. Specifically, students will take 28-32 credits of courses in total including compulsory and optional course followed by 6 credits dissertation which completes the programme. The courses taken rests on the availability of courses and could be updated each semester.

Dissertation

The MSc dissertation provides an opportunity for postgraduate students to undertake a research project in the school of Mathematics and Computer science and to work under supervision of Prof. R. Farnoosh and Dr. R. Ahmadi on topics including Financial Mathematic, Image Analysis, Probabilistic Approaches for Solving Inverse Diffusion Problems, System Reliability Modeling, Maintenance Optimization, Reliability Theory and Applied Operations Research.
